      SEARCH THE LANDFILL
In Canada, there is a movement happening begging officials in Winnipeg, Manitoba to "Search the Landfill".
There was a serial killer, and likely others, who would murder Indigenous women and then dispose of them in the trash.
Many people are demanding and pleading that they search the landfill for these remains.
This was brought to our attention by Trish Hurtubise whom founded Indigenetics in Canada. She is a Forensic Investigative Genetic Genealogist. She assist in identifying cold cases of Jane and John Does through DNA.
She sews ribbon skirts as a way of funding Indigenetics and put 100% of the proceeds into the not-for-profit.
She is trying to create more awareness and advocacy for using DNA to identify MMIW.

Fabric is printed to order, may take up to 10 days from date of order.

Printed on Medium weight Gabardine. If you want other fabric bases, just contact us.
